Real big fish

My friend Erin is telling tall tales again. This time she is going too far. She has a public diary and writes funny stuff most of the time, but lately its been serious. She’ll mix the real in with the fake. Most of the time I don’t believe her. The latest is that a cop pulled her over. She got a ticket from him. Well two weeks later he stopped her again because she was parked at a stop sign. She was sticking her leg out the window of her car, just screwing around. She said the cop, whose name is Kevin parked behind her and came up to her window. He asked her what was wrong and to step out of the car. Then he said to get in his car. Yeah, do you believe this crap so far?

So he asked her for a date. She said yes and gave him her number. Then she said that day wherever she drove, she was pulled over by one of his friends. Cops as well. She said the first one just wanted to give her Kevin’s number. The second wanted to tell her something he had said. The third gave her a rose from Kevin. Like the police don’t have anything better to do with their time!?
I don’t believe a word. This is beyond bogus. I don’t understand why she needs so much attention. A person can’t expect to keep friends that way. Every time she tells me something, I think she’s lying. She is driving me nuts!

Luvin’ that man of mine

I’m back on Induction (i.e.: eating meat, cheese, and eggs, and veggies). I really fell off the wagon with my diet and now that I’m exercising again, I think it will help. This time around I’m going to do it right. Drink plenty of water and take vitamins. It made me very ill last time. Hopefully I can be as successful as Matthew and drop 20 lbs in a month. He is down 31 lbs now. That in less than 2 months. I can’t believe how great he looks.

Right now he is out with his friends. I miss him. Last night his mother watched the kids while we had dinner and watched “50 First Dates”. I loved it. Had a little bit of everything in it. There were some dramatic parts (that made my eyes tear up even), romance, and a lot of funny stuff. Gotta love Adam Sandler. I told Matthew it was our belated meeting-anniversary date. When we first met we saw Happy Gilmore so on our 8th year together, it was only fitting to see this one. I love him so much.

Mean people suck

I was told today that my “funny diary” is missed. I liked to write silly things. I remember in 2000 when I had my first online diary. I would take a picture and look at it to create a story. There was one I remember quite vividly. The picture had a ketchup bottle running away from a hamburger. I made it into a love story, where as the hamburger loves the succulent ketchup. It was hilarious and quite good! I wish I had saved it. All that work I lost. I had poetry too. Most of my entries were heartwarming stories about Forrest and Lani being born. I deleted the entire diary when that woman found it. I’ve deleted almost everything because of her. Its really unfair that I have always had to run and hide because she’ll find out about my life. I don’t want her to know anything. Of course if my dream of singing ever came true, I might be screwed if I were to become popular.

Small comforts

I feel better than I did earlier. Watching American Idol and 24 lifted my spirit. Matthew and I are currently arguing about what my butt is (you-are-what-you-eat). I say its a thick pork chop with a moderate amount of fat, he says its a chicken breast. I prefer pork chop, because a chicken breast is much too lean.

Leilani has been coughing for the past few days. Tonight its worse and she keeps waking up. Tomorrow I’ll have to make an appointment for her. We already know its her tonsils. I guess its time we get them out, though the idea of any surgery on our baby girl freaks us out. Especially Matthew. If the surgery does happen, then I will be a complete nut case.

I finally got my Avon Retroactive Face Cream today. I tried a sample of it several times and liked it, so I bought some. It started working right away. The dry skin was gone and so was the itching. I put some more on tonight after washing my face and it feels very nice. The price wasn’t bad either. Compared to the $31 I might have spent at Gottschalks for Clinique, its not bad at all.
