anticipating a job

I had a nice walk today with my new friend. We went on the Wekiva trail. It felt good to get my endorphins pumping again. I’d like to walk three to four times a week.

I miss Curves. Can’t believe I’m typing that. I hated it when I worked out there. The religious music from Bad Singers R Us and the population of women above 50 wasn’t my cup of tea. I guess I’m missing the company of the staff that worked there. One girl is around my age and we exchanged phone numbers, but she’s never called. I guess I should try to call her again. The other lady is in her 40s I think, but very down to earth.

My aunt has been trying to get me to work. She’s sent me two emails since yesterday. One about being a “gift wrap girl” at Millenia mall and the other is for Sea World and how they are hiring. I don’t know. Both of those places are very out of my way. I could get a daycare job (which is something I’d much rather do anyway) close by and would be home fairly quickly compared to having to drive home on the interstate.

We need money to move, so just about any job will do. I just need to make sure I have enough time in the day to be with the kids and clean up the messes husband makes. Haha.

minus 3

I stayed on my diet! Now everyone give me a big round of applause! C’mon! Hip Hip Hurray!

My will power is actually very good right now. Even if someone were to shove a piece of my favorite cake in my face I would throw it back at them. If husband were to order my favorite food in the entire world (plate lunch special anyone?) I would still be ok. BUT! I would drool a little.

Those 3 dinky pounds I lost are most likely water and poo. Thanks to my dieter’s tea. So the real test will be tomorrow’s weigh-in.
